There is very little work for the school to do;
Have the pupils ready for their portraits on the allotted day and time.
Collect the envelopes from the parents. I will collect the envelopes from the classroom so there isn’t even a need to take them to the office if you don’t want to!
I’m happy to liaise with your pupil’s parents directly!
Encourage the parents to buy! The more they buy, the more the school benefits!
Choice!
Parents have the choice from a wide range of products and packages ranging from a few pence up to large artwork and novelty items such as mugs, pens, key rings etc.
There is no time limit for orders or late order fees! This way, your school will benefit from orders that otherwise might not have been made!
Photos are printed onto quality photo paper using either a nine colour printer or dye sublimation depending on the product. In house printing allows us to offer bespoke packages.
On offer to the school are staff portraits, staff boards, ID photos and key rings depending on order size.
Glenn Smith of Discount Photography is registered as a data controller with the I.C.O.
Discount Photography is registered with Education Business Solutions (E.B.S.) as a provider of work experience training for school pupils on short or long term basis.
Discount Photography is insured with Public Liability insurance to £5M.
